Tracking & damaged parcels
Request tracking details in your order conversation once dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference and clear photos of the packaging and product. The resolution is confirmed after review.
Sticker & acrylic care
Stickers are laminated, scratch-resistant and designed for residue-free removal from suitable smooth surfaces. Apply to a clean, dry surface and peel slowly for removal. Avoid soaking and harsh abrasion. Wipe acrylic gently with a microfibre cloth.
Sizes, packs & finishes
Regular and Matte stickers come in 1, 2, 3 and 4 inches. Holographic stickers come only in 2 and 4 inches. Fridge magnets come in 3 × 4 and 4 × 5 inches, each in Plain or Bubble. Memoroids come in packs of 6 or 12.
Does selecting a file send it to you?
No. The website keeps a local preview for your order PDF. Share original artwork through the Drive link or send it on WhatsApp. Check the link's viewer access before confirming your order.
